The Snake in the Garden of Eden
The snake has long been misunderstood - blamed, feared, and cast as a villain since the Garden of Eden. But I see her differently. She represents feminine wisdom, sacred rebellion, and the right to choose oneself. In my work, the snake is a guide: she helps women uncoil from the shame, silence, and control placed on them by others and return to their own inner truth.
Why use a snake as my symbol?
I chose the snake because she represents transformation, shedding what no longer serves, and reclaiming power. Like my clients, she is often misunderstood - but she holds deep wisdom and strength just beneath the surface.
The snake is a symbol of rebirth and sacred feminine power. She teaches us to release old patterns, trust our intuition, and rise renewed. That’s the journey I guide women through - from shame to self-love.
To me, the snake represents the uncoiling of shame and the reclaiming of self. She sheds what no longer fits, just as we do when we return to our worth and begin to love ourselves fully.
The Snake in Kundalini Symbolism
In yogic philosophy, Kundalini is believed to be a dormant spiritual energy coiled at the base of the spine — often visualized as a serpent. When awakened (through practices like meditation, breathwork, or Kundalini yoga), this serpent energy rises upward through the chakras, bringing healing, insight, and spiritual awakening.
The uncoiling of the serpent mirrors a personal awakening — the shedding of trauma, fear, or self-doubt, and the return to truth, clarity, and power.
For us, this beautifully reflects how we can move from survival and silence to soulful self-love and full expression - my goal for you.
